Description
Ganesha is one of the most important gods in Hindu mythology and he is also worshipped in Jainism and Buddhism. He is the Vighneshvara, the Lord of Obstacles, both of a material and spiritual order and is popularly worshipped as a remover of obstacles, though traditionally he also places obstacles in the path of those who need to be checked. He is the son of Lord Shiva and Parvati and is widely revered as the patron of arts and sciences and the deva of intellect and wisdom.

Diya lamps hold an important value when it comes to puja. This long lamp with a two layered circular base carries this long brass stick carved from top to bottom in its best beauteous ways making it all-the-more shining, auspicious and eye-catching. It is topped with the presence of Chaturbhuj Ganesha carrying his essentials and resides on the lotus plinth with the spiritual looking five wicks placed in a circular motion and the bells that hang at equal distances add more to its grace and auspiciousness.

This lamp serves a dual role; apart from being an aspect of tradition and spirituality, it is also the best to be placed as a home decor that can light the entire room with its beauty and divinity.

The ultimate illumination finds its way through the unwrinkled wicks that are festooned on the glittering-gold Ganesha lamp made out of the bold brass, that lights up your heart and soul with the finest evidence of purely amazing artistry.

Ganesha had two wives Buddhi and Siddhi, with whom he had two sons: Kshema and Laabha. As the god of beginnings, he is honoured at the start of rites and ceremonies and is also known as the destroyer of vanity, egoism and pride and even as a bringer of good luck. He is an exemplary son who showed extreme devoteness to his parents, being fond of sweets and having a large appetite which is impressioned with his healthy physique. Believing in him strengthens Hindu certitude in fighting obstacles.
